How do I browse through my folders?
To access a given folder, click on its name. To go up one level, click on the Uplevel link or on the icon. The Top Level button will take you to your main account folder.

Which options do I have when managing my files and folders?
You can Delete, Rename, Copy and Move files/folders. To perform an action, simply mark the desired file or folder by checking the box beside it and click on the corresponding action button. To mark or unmark all files or folders, use Select All or Clear Selection buttons.

What is the purpose of the main folders?
It is not recommended that you delete the system folders created initially (/logs, /mail, /sys, /tmp, /www/), since they store important files that are needed for the correct functioning of your account and applications. These folders are hard to restore and their correct functioning, even after restoration, is not fully guaranteed.

How do I change file permissions?
In order to change the file and folder permissions, check the box corresponding to the file or the folder, and choose its permissions using the drop-down menu. Then just click on Change. For more information about the permissions, simply point your mouse over the Permissions keyword.

How do I edit my files?
Beside each and every file you will see the icon, indicating that you can edit this file type. Click on that icon to view and edit the contents of the file using the File Manager.

How do I download my files locally on my computer?
Next to the edit icon you will find the icon. Click on it to download a chosen file. You may also use an FTP client for larger or multiple files.

How do I create additional files and folders?
Simply type in the name of the new file (with its file extension) or folder in the New file name or New folder name fields. After that just click on the corresponding button. By default all files and folders will be created with the 755 permissions.

How do I upload files?
To upload a file, which is stored locally on your computer, simply follow these steps:
1. Use the File Manager to browse to the web folder where you'd like to upload the file to.
2. In the Upload form use the Choose button to locate the desired file on your computer.
3. Once you have chosen the file click on the Upload button.
4. If you'd like to upload more than 5 files, simply use the More Files link.

Tip: The file size is shown in bytes under the Size column.
